Finally and she did well during the test they got all the info they needed but she had to fast for the test so she had not eaten since around 6pm the night before and she just wouldn't stay awake long enough to eat. After we got home from the hospital so by that night she was so hungry she got sick and continued to puke for 24 hours after that. My poor little thing I had to just start out with 2 oz of water at a time and build her back up until she finally could eat again. So now we wait for the results they said that I should get them in about a week so hopefully I won't have to wait more than a week. I don't even know what I am hoping the test showed because if it shows seizure activity then the answer is simple we medicate her. If the test shows no seizure activity the answer is not so simple because since an EEG can only detect a seizure if it happens while the test is running then we still don't know for sure that she isn't having seizures we only know that she didn't have a seizure for the 45 minutes that they were testing and that doesn't necessarily mean that she isn't having them at other times. In a perfect world we should have a test that would tell us if she had ever had a seizure in her life but we don't live there at least not yet. So I just have to wait and see what the test shows and hope that it was right.
