Now that I have more time I'll tell ya a little about the jobs. The superintendent job would require him to be on call 24/7 and he would have to do some traveling out of town but he would get a new truck and have steady income with benefits.
The mechanic job is closer no travel more money benefits paid vacation and he likes mechanic work better than construction work (I see no down side)
So I ask him this morning witch job he is going to take and he says I don't know so I tell him I think he is going to procrastinate until neither job is open anymore so that he doesn't have to work for someone other than family or himself. I think I really pissed him off but this isn't the first time he has done this shit I don't know why it is impossible to get him to take a job making damn good money if it isn't for family. He is in the shower now and I hope he is mulling over what I said and finally makes a decision because we really need the steady income and the other benefits that come with a steady income.
